Lang Lang at the Royal Albert Hall 2014

Lang Lang returns to the Royal Albert Hall for a recital of Mozart and Chopin, performed in-the-round. While the extrovert showman is not the traditionalists' cup of tea, the technically phenomenal Lang Lang (whose name means "brilliance of the sky") has nevertheless become the world's wealthiest, busiest, and most sought-after concert pianist before turning 30.  40.1GB

Described by The Times as "brilliant but superficial" and by the New Yorker as the "world's ambassador of the keyboard", Lang Lang is said to have influenced over 40 million Chinese children to take up the piano. These Friday night and Sunday afternoon performances include three Mozart sonatas and four Chopin ballades.
